I went on a food tour while in Boston and we visited an urban farm, a medicinal food service and a sustainable seafood retailer. Coming from landlocked Arizona I honestly haven’t thought a lot about seafood and how it is raised, caught and sold.
Red’s Best focuses on the individual fisherman and how to ensure that they make a living wage and are able to sell the wide variety of fish that they catch. Each fish is traced back to who caught it and where so they can guarantee that their product is fresh and super local.
