Hello Urban Farm Hub! I briefly mentioned that i was embarking on a little trip in my last post, and I’ll expand upon that now. I am currently in the midst of a 40 day long loop around America. I’ll be stopping in almost every major city in the U.S. While on the trip, I’ll be taking pictures and sending posts of sustainability and farming practices on the road.
Here are a few photos that I’ve taken so far.
I wasn’t able to actually stop by but I did manage to snap a picture of the Columbus Farmer’s Market right before we got back onto the freeway.
After leaving Columbis we hit the road again and drove into the night. We found a campground that was situated directly off of the freeway, it was a beautiful parking lot littered intermittently with small plots of grass where massive tents were set up. The “campground” came complete with a heated pool, showers, and a mini golf course. When my two travel companions and I awoke, we were surprised to see that we had pitched out tent right next to a cornfield.
I'd love to hear from you!
